Each person may hold only one active sel777 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with bonuses voided. Verification using a government-issued KTP is required before any withdrawal is processed.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Processing time is same-day during WIB business hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion page. Bonuses must be wagered before withdrawal. sel777 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Acceptance by a person lacking such authority is not binding on the Company.

The Company conducts age verification as part of its KYC process and will close any Account found to belong to an individual under 21, forfeiting any balance in accordance with Clause 11.
The sel777 Platform is operated and marketed specifically for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account on sel777:
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on sel777. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and all associated balances being voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sel777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your password. You must notify sel777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account settings.
Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any part of your Account balance to any third party. Any such transfer will render the Account subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balance.
sel777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request and may also be triggered at the Company's discretion during the lifetime of an Account.

sel777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for Members who have previously completed KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent closure.
sel777 accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Member's Account and will be returned to the originating payment source, subject to applicable bank processing times.
Deposits are typically credited to the Member's Account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by sel777's payment processor. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing times may extend up to 30 minutes. sel777 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review. sel777 does not accept deposits from credit cards or loans. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Members may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week) are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next processing window. sel777 targets same-day processing for all verified Members.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. If this is not possible, sel777 will contact the Member to confirm an alternative method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
No withdrawal will be processed until the Member's Account has passed full KYC verification as described in Clause 5. Members are encouraged to complete KYC proactively — before their first withdrawal request — to avoid processing delays.
Winnings derived from Bonus Balances are only withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any withdrawal request made while an active Wagering Requirement remains outstanding will result in the Bonus Balance and associated bonus winnings being forfeited.
sel777 does not charge a platform-level fee on standard withdrawals. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Member. sel777 has no control over third-party fee structures.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by sel777 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general wagering conditions apply:
sel777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or system glitches. Any Member found to be abusing bonus systems will have their bonuses voided, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
sel777 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its reasonable discretion, including where the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion's terms or where the Member has previously engaged in conduct that warrants such exclusion.
Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Bonus credits are not redeemable for cash except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
All sports bets — including Asian handicap, 1X2, over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (spread) markets — are subject to the sel777 Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, sel777's applicable event-specific rule takes precedence. The Company's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sel777 Platform:
sel777 may suspend an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, suspected underage use, or ongoing investigation of prohibited conduct. During suspension, the Member will be unable to access the Platform, place bets, or process withdrawals.
Following investigation, sel777 may permanently close an Account where it determines that a material breach of these Terms has occurred. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, the Member's Real Money Balance may be forfeited in full. In cases involving lesser breaches (such as duplicate Account creation without fraudulent intent), the Company will exercise reasonable discretion regarding balance treatment.
Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting sel777 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of any unmet Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method. Account closure does not affect sel777's right to retain transaction records as required under applicable data retention obligations.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). sel777 may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 against the balance of a dormant Account. Where a dormant Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be archived. Members may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting support.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sel777's total cumulative liability to a Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any individual bet or game outcome shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
